Genus Diacria Gray, 1847
Diacria is composed of two species groups with ten species Diacria trispinosa is the type species. They are uncoiled, shelled thecosomatous pteropods, 0.2 to 1 cm long. They are either globular with rounded ventral and dorsal sides and the caudal spine is absent or bilateral symmetrical and flattened with a long, sometimes broken off, caudal spine (Diacria genus).
