Genus Paraclione Tesch, 1903
Paraclione is composed of three species; Paraclione pelseneeri is the type species.
These are naked, pelagic snails, up to 2.3 cm long, with a mainly transparent body and the visceral mass shines through the body wall. It has large chromatophores in the skin. The shape is long, oval. The posterior footlobe is either present or absent. There are two pairs of buccal cones. It hunts shelled pteropods as food.(Paraclione genus).
