Genus Cliopsis Troschel, 1854
Cliopsis is monospecific. This is a large, naked, pelagic snail, up to 4 cm long, with a completely transparent body and the visceral organs are seen through the body wall. The body is oval and balloon-like; the posterior gill is well developed. (Cliopsis genus)
